HOW TO BUY

We release a new offering every 4-8 weeks. If you would like to be contacted when new work is available, subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of this page!

 

LOCAL PICK UP 

If you choose local pick up at checkout, you will receive an email once your item is ready to be picked up with instructions of pickup location and time. Pickups are usually ready within 5 business days of purchase. 

 

MULTIPLE ORDERS 

Orders under the same name and address are packaged together whenever we can, however, some pieces, especially larger pieces, cannot be shipped together at risk of damage. Please contact info@floraandfaunapottery.com if you need to combine orders containing different names and/or addresses. Shipping overages, in cases like these, will be automatically refunded.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is a problem with your order, we will fix it for you! Pieces are made by hand, each piece is slightly different in shape, size and colour and may show marks or minor imperfections. These irregularities are left with intention. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped.

 

SHIPPING PRICES

Average shipping price of a 1-2 mug order is between $16-$30 (within Canada and USA). We will try our best to ship all orders within 5-10 business days of the purchase date. Although shipping times may vary depending on your area, generally, items shipped within Canada and the United States arrive 1-2 weeks after shipping. 

 

MUG PRICES

Items vary in price.  Average Flora & Fauna Pottery mug prices are between $35-$60CAD.

 

CUSTOM/WHOLESALE ORDERS

At this time, Flora & Fauna Pottery is unable to accept any custom or wholesale orders.

 

CARE INFO

Hand-washing your Flora & Fauna Pottery is recommended. Our pottery is food and microwave safe. Take care to never ‘shock’ your handmade items by adding cold liquid to a hot mug or putting a cold dish directly into the oven or microwave. Any items decorated with gold luster, metal or wooden accents should never go in the microwave or dishwasher.
